2016 has been a year of solid operational and financial performance for Show Me Ethanol, LLC. I am pleased to let you know that the Board of Managers approved a distribution of $10 million during the November meeting. You will find enclosed a check for your portion of this distribution, based on your percentage of equity ownership.

This adds to the $5 million distribution made in July 2016, for a total of $15 million distributed in 2016. Since the company was founded in 2006, the total distributions have been $54 million dollars, a 143% return on your investment in Show Me Ethanol.

The distributions for this year should be near the total taxable income you will have for 2016. You can use this information as you do your year-end tax planning.
